ALBUQUERQUE- The Mountain West has named UNM forward Tomislav Buljan as the Old Trapper Mountain West Freshman of the Week Nov. 24.

Last week at the Hall of Fame Classic in Kansas City, Buljan was named to the All-Tournament Team after putting up a couple of star performances en route to his career conference accolade.

During the Tournament, he averaged 15 points and 14 rebounds. Buljan also shot 64.7% from the floor and was 66.7% on three-pointers.

During UNM’s game against Mississippi State Nov. 21, Buljan contributed 19 points and 21 rebounds in the Lobos win, 80-78.

The Lobos will be back in The Pit Nov. 26 for a night game against Alabama State (3-4) with tipoff set for 7 p.m.
