This past week, we witnessed a ton of basketball inside one of the greatest college venues in the country, The Pit. With that being said, I formed a panel of five people (including myself) to vote on our own accolades for 1A-3A, 4A, and 5A boys basketball. The voting ended Tuesday night, and we are ready to release the teams.

Thank you to New Mexico Supreme Hoops for helping support our page, and New Mexico athletes: NM Supreme Sports LLC offers training, skill development, club basketball and sports events. They are also the Annual Northern Supreme Showdown basketball tournament host.

It is important to note that ONLY GAMES PLAYED AT THE PIT WERE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. Also, any regular season accolades, achievements, etc. were irrelevant to the selection of these teams. These teams were solely constructed on “Who played the best on the court with the brightest lights in New Mexico?”

If you feel frustrated about something please remember, “don’t lose sleep over the opinion of couch potatoes.”

DISCLAIMER: this list is solely associated with CPS, and has nothing to do with any list formed by any other outlet/association in New Mexico.

Coffee tastes terrible anyway. So, don’t put anything to obstruct the harsh, bitter taste. Just put it down, one sip at a time.”
