CPS’ Athletes of the Week (no order)
-Cleveland WR Evan Nanez– 7 catches, 197 rec. Yards, 5 TDs & 1 2-point conversion.
-La Cueva setter Charlie Ferguson– 97 assists in 3 games, 5 total blocks, and La Cueva won the 2026 Metro Championship.
-Cibola RB Ezra Mehling– 4 carries, 76 rush yards, 57 rec. Yards & 4 total TDs.
-Volcano Vista WR Isaiah McCary– 166 all-purpose yards, and 3 total TDs (one was a returning TD).
-Santa Fe RB Jesus Navarette– 197 scrimmage yards, and 2 total TDs.
-Hope Christian forward Mechi Garbarino– 2 goals, 2 assists, 2 wins, and Hope is now the number 9 team in the country (According to MaxPreps).
